All we ask in return is for you to have an open mind and attempt to utitlize our training philosophies and apply them to your current fitness endeavors – we promise it will drastically change the way you think about fitness. Our number 1 priority here at Re-Fit is to build a fitness community that, together, can change how we go about training in and out of the fitness arena. We are not concerned or interested with anything that isn’t 100% effective in achieving your goals.
